Anjeer dry fruit

Fruits are the secret to gastronomic happiness. It is not really a necessity but it is a wonderful addition. You can do without it but you will do much better with it. Fruits are sources of several necessary nutrients for the body. Hence they are a must in our diets.
One of my favorite fruits for all seasons and all times are figs. You don’t need to wait long for this fruit to enjoy the taste and the watery texture; they can be found during the whole year. Many types of fig trees yield fruits twice and thrice a year. Therefore, you can enjoy fresh fruits whenever you want.
The types that do not yield year-round can be preserved for later consumption. Drying fruits is a solution for all people and can be applied to different types of fruits.
Fruits dehydration is now a thriving business, but the healthiest way for doing this is sun drying, without chemical additives and any kind of radiation. Whereas fruits such as mangos, bananas, apples, oranges…etc, can only be dried with a dehydrator, figs can be easily sundried. They also last longer than any other type.
This fruit is a cornerstone of the Arab culture; today, nearly all homes make stocks of this fruit for use in different recipes or for eating them as snacks.
