Let’s discover the types of Nuts!

Let’s discover the types of Nuts!

I would like to start with my personal experience as a “new someone” trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have been looking for a perfect diet to transform my outfit and be another Hollywood celebrity. This sounds funny, yet it is a joke to nicely criticize my state of mind. Looking for a perfect waist and looking very thin is a trend but not a dream to realize. It is all about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The journey to lose weight is not a matter of days, months, or even years. It is an enjoyable experience to discover our internal needs and to look healthy from the inside out.

I tried to be vegan and succeeded to follow this diet for 3 years approximately. However, I could not continue this lifestyle for so long. After every experience, we discover many devoiced facts of mother nature. Raising a pledge of eating green and clean is my motto to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Health, in a nutshell, is a metaphor to unveil the benefits and facts of consuming nuts. We are accustomed to getting our protein, fiber, zinc, and other minerals from animal products.

Going back to mother nature and discovering its miraculous fruits and planets are magical in some ways. Have you watched National geography and its documentaries or discovery programs? I am amazed to discover fun facts about squirrels burying nuts and accidentally it turns to be giant trees. We are enjoying many nuts thanks to squirrels. Mother nature is a book yet to be read.

Today’s chapter is the Nuts of mother nature. We would like to invite you, dear reader, to join us on this trip and enjoy the varieties of nuts. Continuing the declared above motto of “eat clean and green”, we will provide you short guidelines in the magical world of Nuts. Stay tuned and enjoy the trip with Ebastores!
